Prescriptions can be ordered by phone, fax, e-mail or in person at reception at any time of the day. Repeat order forms are available on the right hand side of your prescription; these can be left in the box at reception without the need to queue. If posting is required please leave a stamped addressed envelope.

Repeat prescription can only be ordered on the telephone after 11:00 or at any time at the reception desk. If ordered before 15:00 it will be ready for collection at 16:3. If ordered after 15:00 it will be ready for collection the following day at 12:00 noon. The exception to this is Wednesday when it will only be available for collection on Thursday 12:00 noon.
Acute prescription if ordered before 10:30 it will be ready for collection at 12.00 noon. If ordered after 10:30 will be ready for collection at 16:30. If ordered after 15:00 it will not be available until
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
