You can make an appointment by telephone.
When you ring, the Receptionist will ask you some questions to direct your call to the most appropriate professional. All GP appointments are telephoned triaged by the GP, and if required, an appointment will be made for patient to be seen.
If you have an urgent medical concern and believe you need to be seen urgently, please let the receptionist know, giving them as much detail as possible and they will liaise with a professional.
When you attend for your appointment, please report to reception to ensure you are checked in through the computer system.
Please follow COVID guidance, regarding FACE MASK WEARING and HAND HYGIENE. Report if you have any potential Covid symptoms. This is essential to protect other vulnerable patients using the Health Centre.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the appointment to someone else in need. This can be done by telephoning or emailing reception.Z00352@gp.hscni.net
Normally the Doctor of your choice will attend to you, but in some circumstances you may be asked to see one of the other doctors, due to availability.
